Time commitment: Two set days per week
To train as part of a group of up to 15 trainees on the main enquiry
areas of Debt, Benefits, Housing etc. Training takes 3-4 months and
requires twice weekly attendance of training sessions plus homework.
Training sessions include traditional style 'chalk and talk' plus
group discussions and small group work. Training to be an adviser is
quite a commitment but if you feel you are up to the challenge and

Client Feedback Team
Time commitment: Negotiable
To collect regular feedback from clients who access our service by
email, face-to-face, telephone and website. To collate and interpret
this information and pass it to relevant parties. To help set up a
system to collect initial feedback following the client interview,
and collect feedback on the advice given.
