  • Please title your message in a clear way.   

  • Please do not send any attachments as they may be blocked by our anti-virus software. 

  • For initial contact see the paragraph below headed 'Initial Contact'.

  • Under the Data Protection Act 1998 we need your consent to store your personal details.  By using the Email Advice Service you agree to the following statement: 

"I give my consent for the CAB Service to keep a confidential record of my personal information" 

Confidentiality 

We will keep all details of your enquiry entirely confidential. However, you should be aware that the Internet is not completely secure and that a record of the messages that you send and receive may be kept on the computer you are using, or on other computers in the network.  We will only respond to the address of the sender.  We will not respond to any other address. 

Initial Contact 

For initial contact and enquiry you should fill in a form which you can access by clicking on the following secure web link : Cheshire East Citizens Advice Bureau Contact Enquiry Form. On completion click on the Submit button at the end of the form, for your message and details to be sent to us.

Response times 

We will always aim to respond to your enquiry within 3 working days. Please bear in mind that during our busy periods we aim to respond within 5 days.
